Vince Plett has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry prior to building Handcrafted Log Homes. Nowadays the VP Log Home team is comprised of a sales manager/estimator (Baruch Ben Daniel) and a team of builders, custom log peelers, design draftsmen and log home handcrafting specialists, who have both engineering oriented and an artistic touch to each home we build. We will build to any home design that you request, so if you can dream it, we can build it.
We provide flexibility to our customers as much as possible and provide our services on the levels required by each customer. We can use your logs if you require, or supply logs. In some cases if you require oversize logs and your lot allows it, we will build everything right on your site within British Columbia or Alberta.
We can provide technical drawings based on your sketch, adapt an existing building plan and integrate your ideas into a professional design. We are also happy to evaluate an existing design or sketch as required, before you go to final drawings.
We integrate all forms of roofing, solariums, decks, and mechanical needs to your design for optimization with the most efficient design. This is where our team and years of experience can pay off in manifold ways. By integrating a hand crafted approach we are able to accommodate the most stylish architecturally designed homes with the practicality that suits your budget.
